Do Notion templates work on the free Notion plan?
Yes — all Notion templates work on free and paid Notion plans. You only need a free account.
Do Figma UI kits require Figma Pro?
No. All Figma files work on the free Figma plan. Some advanced features like variables work better on paid plans, but every kit is fully functional on free.
What Lightroom version do presets work with?
All presets are compatible with Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC (desktop), and Lightroom Mobile. Provided as .xmp and .dng files.
Do Canva templates require Canva Pro?
Most templates work on Canva Free. A small number use Pro elements — these are clearly labeled in the product description.
Can I use these for client work?
Yes. Personal and commercial use is included with every purchase.
Delivery & Access
How do I receive my download after purchase?
Immediately after checkout, you'll land on a confirmation page with your download link. Check your email too — we send a backup link.
I didn't get my download link. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, email team@folioforge.madethis.app with your order email and we'll resend within a few hours.
Do downloads expire?
No. Your download links do not expire. You can re-download anytime.
Can I access purchases on mobile?
Yes — Notion and Canva templates work on mobile apps. Figma mobile has limited editing but files are accessible. Lightroom Mobile presets install directly from the .dng file.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product doesn't work as described, email team@folioforge.madethis.app within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Can I get a refund if I've already downloaded the file?
Yes — our guarantee is based on satisfaction, not whether you've downloaded. If it's not what you expected, we'll refund you.
